Imua Family Services provides comprehensive early childhood development services to children and families with the support and resources needed to achieve their full potential in life. Services are family centered, build on family resources and occur in the child’s natural environment.
Research shows that early intervention greatly enhances children’s development at a time when intervention is most effective. Early intervention provides services for children birth to age three who have developmental concerns, as well as support and education for families. Care Coordination is available to help families utilize resources at home and in the community. Support plans are developed in partnership with the family and service the team that build on strengths and priorities of the family. At Imua Family Services, evaluations and services are provided by a specialized team of care coordinators, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and special education teachers.
